2023 Annual Meeting Notice

The 2023 Annual Meeting of Embold Credit Union members will be held on Tuesday May 23, 2023, at 6:00 pm at our headquarters building located at 15099 SE McLoughlin Boulevard in Oak Grove. We will also broadcast live online via Zoom Webinar. See full event details on our events page.

This year there are three open positions on the Board of Directors. The Nominating Committee, appointed by the Board Chair, has nominated one member for each of the three open board positions. There were no nominations filed by petition. There will be no nominations from the floor at the annual meeting and an election will not be conducted where the number of nominees equals the number of petitions filed. In such cases, election is declared by general consent of acclamation.

The nominees are as follows:

Dana Lord, Incumbent – The former Public Health Director of Clackamas County and a 34-year county employee, Dana focused her career on the health and safety of county residents. She volunteers for AARP Tax Aide for seniors and low-income residents of metro area and enjoys traveling and the outdoors. She has served as Board Chair and has been on the Embold Board of Directors since 2004. Dana and her husband live in rural Clackamas County near Estacada.

Stacey Hubbard, Incumbent – Stacey currently works in the real estate industry and has 20 years of financial institution experience, including over five years as an employee at Embold Credit Union. She has served on the Embold Board of Directors since 2018. She has many years of volunteer experience including serving as the Treasurer for Canby Rotary. She enjoys helping others achieve their goals and is a proud Oregon City resident.

Lesley Brown Albright, Candidate – Lesley is a Director of Business Development for Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services Inc. She is passionate about relationship building and empowering others through communication, laughter, and radical empathy. Lesley nurtures Nonstop’s current association partnerships, while seeking out others to drive mission based business growth. She has served on a Nonprofit Leadership Board and currently devotes time to local nonprofit fundraising events benefiting at-risk populations and advocating for equitable healthcare access for everyone. Lesley has served as an Associate Board Member since 2022.
