Los ingresos del pr\u00e9stamo pueden utilizarse para capital de trabajo, renovaciones internas y\/o externas de edificios comerciales o nuevos equipos.<\/p>\n<p>Los beneficios del programa EOLP incluyen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No se requiere pago de capital durante los primeros doce meses.<\/li>\n<li>Tasa de inter\u00e9s de 0.5% para los primeros doce meses.<\/li>\n<li>Plazo de pr\u00e9stamo de hasta 5 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>Sin penalizaci\u00f3n por amortizaci\u00f3n anticipada.<\/li>\n<li>Asistencia gratuita con la planificaci\u00f3n comercial y la preparaci\u00f3n de la solicitud de pr\u00e9stamo.<\/li>\n<li>Atiende empresas desde reci\u00e9n iniciadas hasta tres a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Embold Credit Union, anteriormente conocida como Clackamas Federal Credit Union, y MESO unieron fuerzas por primera vez con Oregon City para ofrecer el EOLP en 2022. Dos peque\u00f1as empresas propiedad de mujeres recibieron pr\u00e9stamos con \u00e9xito en esa ronda, para apoyar una empresa de est\u00e9tica y un negocio de panader\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste es un recurso importante para ayudar a reconstruir la cantidad de peque\u00f1as empresas en nuestra comunidad que se perdieron durante el apogeo de la pandemia de Covid-19\u201d, dijo James Graham, Gerente de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico de Oregon City. \u201cEn un momento en que nadie quiere prestar a las nuevas empresas y, especialmente, a una tasa de inter\u00e9s tan baja, es esencialmente dinero gratis\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Las solicitudes de pr\u00e9stamo EOLP estar\u00e1n disponibles a partir del mi\u00e9rcoles 8 de marzo de 2023.
