Annual Meeting Notice & Nominations Announcement
The 2022 Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday May 24, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. online via Zoom.
This year there are two open positions on the Board of Directors. The Nominating Committee, appointed by the Board Chair, has nominated one member for each of the two open board positions. The nominees are as follows:
Geoff Horton, Incumbent – Geoff is a Senior Audit Manager for Aldrich CPAs and Advisors, LLP. Prior to Aldrich, he worked for a tech company in their corporate finance department. Geoff serves a variety of local businesses specializing in the manufacturing, healthcare, and retirement community industries. Geoff and his family live in Sherwood, and he and his wife enjoy volunteering at their children’s school and coaching their teams.
Guadalupe Martinez, Candidate – Guadalupe has served as an Associate Director since mid-2020. Guadalupe is a counselor and instructor at Clackamas Community College. Guadalupe holds a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Oregon State University. She was recently invited to serve on the Governor’s Education Recovery Committee, has served on the Oregon State Board of Education for 2 years, and served on the Board of Directors for the Clackamas County OSU Extension Service and the Board of Directors for the OSU Alumni Association. Guadalupe has a son who currently attends Howard University. She enjoys national and international travel, CrossFit and the Oregon outdoors.
Adult credit union members in good standing may petition to have their names added to the slate of candidates. To do so members must file an official petition for nomination with Clackamas’ Board Secretary by 5:00 p.m. on April 14, 2022. An official petition must be obtained from the credit union and signed by at least 1% (338) of the members of the credit union.

If there is only one nominee for each position to be filled, there will be no nominations from the floor, and the election will not be conducted.
