To log in for the first time, you will need to register here.

To update your language preference scroll to the bottom of Digital Banking and click the gray “Español” bar. A window will open asking to confirm the preference change. Once confirmed the system will refresh and the translations will be in place. Clicking the gray bar again will change the language back to English. Our mobile app is designed to use the preferred/primary language that is set on the mobile device. To change the language that is reflected in our mobile app go to your device settings and update your device language.

To view reward point balances and redeem your points click and view the Embold Rewards widget. From there you can view your point balance, see pending points, and how many points have been redeemed. Additionally you can click the button to go to our redemption website to view reward options and redeem accumulated points.

To request deletion of your digital banking account, please visit an Embold branch office or call 503.656.0671 to speak with a representative. After we process your request, your profile will be disabled and subsequently deleted. Once your digital banking account is deleted, all associated data, including but not limited to your profile information, settings, preferences, and any other content linked to your digital banking profile will be deleted.  After that, if you change your mind, you will need to create a new profile, establish new settings, etc. Also, any recurring transactions such as bill payments or repetitive transfers will be canceled. Deleting your digital banking profile does not affect your share or loan accounts. We will retain all share and loan account data in accordance with our record retention policy and applicable law.
