Mobile Deposit Update
Beginning March 27, 2019, due to a change in the law Clackamas will require “Mobile Deposit Only at Clackamas” on the back of checks deposited using Mobile Banking.
If the check you are depositing using mobile deposit does not contain, along with your signature, the restrictive endorsement, “Mobile Deposit Only at Clackamas” you will receive the following error message: You must endorse your check “Mobile Deposit Only at Clackamas”. Mobile deposits without the restrictive endorsement will be refused. Thank you for your understanding!
