What if my Embold card is lost, stolen, or needs to be replaced?

To manage your cards, click on the Accounts option from the top of the page, then click on Card Management. To place a temporary block on your card, you can toggle on the Block this card option below the applicable card. If you need to replace the card, hover over the applicable card and click on Manage card. Then to the right of Replacement Options, click on the gear icon.

If you receive a new or replacement card, you may need to go through the initial set-up procedure again to provide basic payment details to your Mobile Wallet provider.
