Board of Directors
Michael Fraser
Michael had a 45-year career in non-profit and public district health care administration, including serving as CEO at multiple hospitals and as a consultant. He enjoys serving community benefit organizations, including the Rotary Club of Lake Oswego. Michael has previously served as a board member of both the Oregon Association of Hospitals and the Washington State Hospital Association, as well as having served on the board for Willamette View and is a past Board Chair.
Dana Lord
The former Public Health Director of Clackamas County and a 34-year county employee, Dana focused her career on the health and safety of county residents. She volunteers for AARP Tax Aide for seniors and low-income residents of metro area and enjoys traveling and the outdoors. She has served as Board Chair and has been on the Embold Board of Directors since 2004. Dana and her husband live in rural Clackamas County near Estacada.
Keith Galitz
Retired President and CEO of Canby Telecom & Mount Angel Telephone (now known as DirectLink), Keith has 36 years of experience in telecommunications, entertainment, and broadband industry. He is the past President of the Rotary Club of Canby, and has served on the Board of Trustees of George Fox University and the University Board Executive Committee. Keith currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Canby Adult Center, and is also an Emeritus Board member at George Fox University.
Geoff Horton
Geoff is a Senior Audit Manager for Aldrich CPAs and Advisors, LLP. Prior to Aldrich, he worked for a tech company in their corporate finance department. Geoff serves a variety of local businesses specializing in the construction and manufacturing industries. Geoff and his family live in Sherwood, and he and his wife enjoy volunteering at their children’s school and coaching their teams.
Gordon Huiras
Retired Oregon City Chief of Police Gordon Huiras began volunteering with the Credit Union in 2001 on the Supervisory Committee and served as Board Chair for three years. He is a Life Member of the Oregon Association of Chiefs of Police with a 31-year career. He and his wife have a home in Canby.
Stacey Hubbard
Stacey currently works in the Real Estate industry and has 20 years of financial institution experience, including over five years at Embold Credit Union. She has many years of volunteer experience including serving as the Treasurer for Canby Rotary. She enjoys helping others achieve their goals and is a proud Oregon City resident.
Vicki Piersall
Vicki brings over 20 years of experience in business strategy and operations. Vicki has successfully led multiple divestitures and implemented strategic plans that improved returns and expanded market share in challenging industries. She holds a B.B.A. in International Business and Marketing Management from Oregon State University and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Oregon.
Supervisory Committee
Charles Fick III
Charles was the President of General Distributors. He’s active in Helping Hands, a charitable organization that gives back to the local communities they serve. Charles served on the Embold Credit Union Board from 2015-2017. Charles studied business and oceanography and enjoys competitive bowling, golf, skiing, scuba diving, and other outdoor activities.
Joseph Hunter
Joseph Hunter is Vice President for University Advancement and Communications at Linfield University, where he oversees fundraising, constituent engagement, and communications. He brings more than 25 years of experience in higher education advancement, with prior leadership roles at the University of Oregon, Western Washington University, Wichita State University Foundation, and Vanderbilt University. Joseph also serves as a Trustee for Willamette Valley Medical Center and is a board member of Gallery Theater. He and his family have been proud members of Embold Credit Union since 2023.
Brandy Memory
Brandy Memory is the Executive Director and Co‑Founder of P48, a Portland‑based nonprofit focused on supporting youth navigating foster care. She leads organizational strategy, operations, and fundraising, and has guided the organization through significant growth by expanding programs and regional partnerships. With a background in building and scaling nonprofit systems, Brandy brings a strong commitment to accountability, transparency, and operational integrity. She lives in Portland, Oregon with her family.
Cindy Rochester
Cindy Rochester is a longtime educator with more than 30 years of experience in math instruction across K–12 and higher education. She spent 25 years teaching at Clackamas High School and has also taught at Tigard High School, Portland Community College, and in rural Southeast Alaska early in her career. Cindy retired from K–12 education in 2023 and continues teaching at Portland Community College. She enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and leading Partners for Healthy Students, a nonprofit she supports through her volunteer work.
David Wimmer
David is a retired Finance Director for the City of Oregon City. He is a Certified Public Accountant and served on Embold’s board from 2006 to 2015. He was the Chief Accountant for Washington County for 10 years and his last 19 years were with the city of Oregon City before retiring in 2012. He is a past president of the Rotary Club of Oregon City and the Oregon City Chamber of Commerce. He is still active in Rotary and is the Treasurer of the Oregon City Rotary Club Foundation and the Oregon City Library Foundation.
