2025 Annual Meeting and Nominations Notice

As a valued member of the Embold Credit Union, we are pleased to invite you to our 2025 Annual Meeting, which will take place on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 6:00 PM. This important event will be hosted at our headquarters, located at 15099 SE McLoughlin Boulevard, Oak Grove, OR.

We encourage members in good standing who wish to contribute further to our community by joining the Board of Directors to petition for nomination. Official petitions must be submitted to the Secretary of the Embold Credit Union Board of Directors by 5:00 PM on Friday, April 11, 2025, and require the support of at least 1% of our membership (361 members). Should there be only one nominee per open position, an election will not take place, and the candidates will be elected by acclamation, in line with our policy that prohibits nominations from the floor during the meeting.
