Renovation Timeline & Service Adjustments

  • Temporary Shift in Operations: Starting on April 29, we will be shifting our operations to the back of the same building. While our physical front entrance will not be accessible, this does not mean we’re closing. Instead, we’re adapting to continue providing excellent service.
  • Drive-Up Service Closure: Please note that the branch drive-up services will be temporarily unavailable during the renovation period. For your convenience, we have multiple drive-up personal tellers located in Canby and Oak Grove.
  • Reopening Schedule: We anticipate reopening our newly renovated space in August. We’re excited for you to see the improvements!

Parking and Access

All parking and business operations will move to the back part of the building for the duration of the renovations. Please park on the east side of the building and follow the safety cones and signs for guidance when entering.

Service Availability

  • Walk-In Services: All business will be conducted on a walk-in basis.
  • Safe Deposit Box Access: Appointments will be required for safe box access. While we aim to accommodate every request, please understand there may be days when construction activities make it unsafe to access.

Additional Guidance for Account Services

For more complex needs, we recommend visiting one of our nearby branches or reaching out to us by phone or text message to 503.656.0671, or even via online chat on our website. Please be aware that Oregon City may experience extended wait times due to the construction and limited staffing.

Post-Renovation Highlights

  • A New Branch Layout: The renovation will introduce the combination of personal tellers inside and two drive-up personal tellers both via our Interactive Teller Machines, maximizing efficiency and reducing wait times.
  • Enhanced Member Experience: Post-renovation, you’ll enjoy a relaxed branch environment with private spaces to meet with our Member Advocates, designed for financial planning and longer transactions. Plus, our full staff of personal tellers will ensure prompt service, whether you’re in the lobby or using the drive-up.

We’re excited about the upgrades and improvements on the horizon. These changes are all about enhancing your experience and ensuring we continue to meet your needs effectively. We’re here to assist you throughout this transition and look forward to welcoming you back to our newly renovated Oregon City branch soon.
